Session 1

    »  A comprehensive lifestyle understanding
    »  Color code personality profile assessment

The goal of this session is to lay the groundwork for the next 6 sessions, establish a starting point and explore your relationship to your health, and get to the truth of what you want.

…And that is plenty to get us started!  As with any endeavor, it’s important to establish a baseline and positive working relationship.  I’m not just your coach in this process; picture me walking beside you on this journey. You are a highly capable being; it’s my intention to foster what comes naturally to you and aide and support where past attempts have fallen short.

Session 2

     »  Overcoming overwhelm
     »  Up-leveling your inner roommate

The goal of this session is to explore self-acceptance and self-awareness in new and empowering ways up leveling your vibe to be in alignment so that you are no longer chasing what you want you are attracting it.  Get prepared for a new and powerful perspective!

…Now that you have a week under your belt, what challenges have come up?  This is your chance to address what’s going on in your world that may be able to shift in order to better serve your goals. 

Session 3

     »  Get out of your own way (expose self-sabotage)
     »  Revisit meal planning and organize cooking
     »  Family/Relationship (support) Challenges

The goal here is to insulate and protect the spark of your vibe, we will address the practical and the subtle elements unique to you and your lifestyle to ensure the highest frequency in your inner dialogue, and your outward projections of it.  Practical things like food prep support systems will also be addressed. 

…this is where we expose self-sabotage, consider inertia and how to put it to work for you, it’s more important to overhaul the battery then to jump start it, haven’t we all been there before?

Session 4

     »  High Vibe Attitude (and how to maintain it)
Discover joyful movement

The goal of this session is to check the pulse of your vibe, how has it been effected with the work you have done so far and do we need to tweak the “what do I want?” from session 1.

…My favorite session, after some soul searching and much self-discovery over the past 3 sessions what has shifted for you, we will fine-tune your highest vibe with the frequency you need for continued growth and success.

Session 5

     »  Emotionally Fit
     »  Are you a pleaser?

The goal is to examine the relationship between food, health, and emotions and bridge any gaps between feeling your best and how serving yourself first will trickle down to your entire family and network

Session 6

     »  Identify and cope with remaining triggers
     »  Reinforce intentions and implement the safety net of self-love and acceptance

The goal is to galvanize your High Vibe Lifestyle and banish the waiting for the other shoe to drop syndrome, with powerful techniques that you can have in your back pocket for the rest of your life.  Here is where you realize that change happens in a moment no matter how long you’ve been working on it!

…by now you are well on your way to transformation, it’s a process, not a destination, the shifts you have made over the past 6 weeks are talking hold, your energy has increased, you can quickly assess and adjust behaviors that are out of sync with your highest good and FREEDOM is yours!
