Being chubby well into my early 20s, yo-yo dieting and hating myself, I didn’t realize at the time, was the least of my concerns. As I began to slim down in all the wrong ways, my body improved while my emotion state suffered.

I’ve tried and failed at every diet in the book, worked in health clubs in every capacity and position, and in several cities. I went on to study holistic nutrition, eating psychology, and immersed my self in personal development…so, what does all that mean for you?

I’m not your traditional health coach…yes, I lost 60 plus pounds over 25 years ago but that is not what keeps me healthy, fit and fulfilled today.  The process was grueling and life altering with many heartaches, years of fighting my mind, hating my body, starvation, and deprivation, which only lead to binging, chaos and confusion. 

I am an agent of transformation.  Someone who inspires self-realization and fosters the ability for my clients to break the cycle with a 360-degree approach that encourages living life to the fullest, while leaving nothing left to be desired.
